Upload Artwork
Once you have placed your order, the next step is to upload your art, or have us design a custom design for you. You'll be prompted to do this on your order confirmation page and in your email receipt. To upload art, log into your account, click on
MY ORDERS, and then click on the order you want to upload artwork for. Click on Upload Artwork. You will be promoted to enter upload a file for each location you would like printed.
If you don't have art, you can also use the same page to give us some feedback about what your shirts are for, the style you like, and we'll design your shirts for free!

Approve Proof
Once you've uploaded art, you will receive a PDF proof within 2 days. You will receive an email whenever a new proof is uploaded into your account. PROOFS MUST BE APPROVED IN ORDER FOR PRODUCTION TO BEGIN. To approve your proof, log into your account and click on
MY ORDERS. Browse to the order you would like to approve and click on Approve Proofs. You will be prompted to approve all aspects of the proof from spelling and grammar, to imprint size, and ink colors. When you are satisfied with the proof simply check off all items and your proof will automatically be approved and your job scheduled.
If you would like to make changes to your proof, just explain what needs to be done. We'll fix it and send you a new proof number.

Free Shipping
When your proof has been approved, your job will be scheduled to print. We promise all jobs will be scheduled to print within 7-10 days from proof approval. That means, the faster we get your approved proof, the faster we can get your apparel printed and out to you.
When your shirts are printed, you'll receive and email with your tracking number included. You can also log into your account and get your tracking number under
MY ORDERS.
